Did Apple purposefully design the lightning port so it fills with all the crud in the bottom of your pocket and then causes problems with getting a good connection?
@Dragon USB-C isn't immune from this, often had to de-fluff my S8 so it would charge.
@karlaustin probably doesn’t help that I often charge wirelessly so the port gets little use
